Niyousha is current completing her articles at Davison Law Group.

Practice Areas and Experience

Prior to joining Davison Law Group, Niyousha worked for various businesses and organizations including LSLAP, through the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, where she helped clients with human rights, criminal, employment, and wills and estates matters. Niyousha has also had exposure to banking matters, corporate contracts and transactions through her experience working for Scotiabank and a digital marketing company.

Education and Certifications

Niyousha completed her undergraduate degree at University of British Columbia with a major in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. She attended law school at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia and graduated in 2019.

Personal Activities and Community Involvement

Niyousha enjoys volunteer work and has volunteered for multiple organizations including Access Pro Bono Society of BC and University of Victoria Faculty of Law’s APEAL Publishing. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.
